could anyone advise as to healthcare in villa martin, is there a doctors or health centre in villa martin or where is the nearest doctors/health centre, also do you know how many british expats live in villa martin, and what is the total population fulltime residents thankyou for your help.
Of the 30,000 living in Villamartin, some 55% of the permanent residents are northern Europeans and a large proportion of those are British. It's a bit spread out with several urbanisations on the outskirts such as El Galan and Blue Hills.
And yes, of course it has medical centres, both Spanish NHS and private.

That looks like the town hall for Villamartín in Cadiz to me?
I would have thought Orihuela was the relevant town hall (this was what I had to use when setting up appointment to get my digital certificate from the town hall in Playa Flamenca):

My sister has lived on Villamartin for many years and I have stayed with her several times and never thought that it's a great place to live. It's a sprawling estate that has no bus services except for the main road through. It very hilly and not good for anyone with walking problems.
