Welcome. We purchased in Villamartin almost 7 years ago and hope you are as happy with your home in the sun as we have been.

We can’t wait we get the keys middle of January, didn’t realise we had so much to do before transition,then the work will commence, it will be a wee while before I can get my game of golf🏌️‍♂️⛳️ 😂, peon this site seem to be very nice/helpful

Hi William & Edith, welcome to the forum.  We purchased our holiday home in Villamartin 5 years ago and absolutely love it, very central to all amenities and a fabulous shopping centre in La Zenia.  The forum is very helpful and should be able to answer any questions you may have, as well as getting to know the area.  Good luck 👍

We were out last week doing filming for the program Place in the Sun they took us round various parts of Torrevieja showed us 2 properties in Villamartin area the one we picked and offered on has great views from both terraces you can see the sea part of Villamartin  golf course and is a short walk to the fab shopping complex can’t wait to get out there in January, thanks for your post very much appreciated 👍👍

I always watch that programme as it is informative for places to visit.  Perhaps we could meet up some time, we are out there about 8 times a year so would be happy to share our experiences with you.  We found our property on their website 👍
