Yes. Unfortunately I had cause to claim on my Questor excess policy and they paid out without a problem (apart from the rigmole of attaching documents, but that is the modern way of doing business! Bring back the old photocopy system for those of us over a certain age😎).
what documents did you need to attach?
was it just the credit card statement showing the charge or did your car hire company send you an itemised invoice showing the cost of the damage?
what car hire company did you use, and was it charging you for legitimate damage or old damage caused by a previous hirer?
many thanks for any info you can provide as it will be helpful to others. i have had Questor excess insurance in the past but have not had cause to claim on it (fortunately)!!
