Just joined the forum and taking this opportunity to say hello.

I will be heading out to Villamartin later this month with my wife Mags hopefully to buy a home and start the next chapter of our lives in the sun.

Any answers to questions or advice regarding the new scenarios we will encounter will be much appreciated.

Looking forward to meeting new people and having some fun times.

Hi Adrian

Welcome to Villamartin, my family and I have lived here for 10 years now and the kids attend the local Spanish schools.

I am just down the road from the plaza, which is great as you do not need a car for local things and the shopping centre is walking distance on a nice day.
