Hi Zena, me too, just bought a house in Villamartin in Nov I will be over the 1st week in February and like you intend to move out permanently in 2 years, maybe less and can't wait x

Hi after reading your mail I laughed as  I thought that's exactly what we will be doing asking many questions as every thing is new to us as well. We are not so far away from you and only recently bought our apartment so it is exciting and interesting .We can only get out every so often at the moment as we are both still working but hey ho one day we will be able to come over for longer ???? Fingers x

I purchased an apartment in July 2015 in Villamartin - have been back 3 times since and have just got it how I want to feel like home

I love the location and only visited for the first time in May last year so was a bit of a gamble

All the people I have met are really friendly and helpful - the flights to and from Spain has been so informative as everyone wants to share helpful advice and hints on settling into the community

Really looking forward to holidays now (still working ) and hope to move over permanently in 4 years - fingers crossed

Hi Maggie

We first came to the area in August last year . The completion on our villa was in September .We love it there. So peaceful . Area is great because you are so close to everything you need. Can't wait till we can come over for good. We are both working at the moment, so it will be a couple of years yet. Got most of my holidays booked up already😀 . Anyway seems like there are quite a few new owners to villamartin.. Maybe we will all meet up in the near future.
