Relocation
Morning All,
I have recently purchased a property in Villamartin and i am intending to relocate in 2019 when i will be taking early retirement.
I would like to sell my house here which would release funds to possibly buy another property for a rental income. I wont be relying on this as my pension will afford me a comfortable living.
I would like to ask people who have made the permanent move a couple of questions:
I would have no house back in England so i would probably be reliant on the Spanish hospitals/doctors/dentists etc. don't have a problem with paying for private health care. Has anyone made a similar move
I would be coming back to England regularly to visit family where i would either stay with them or in a hotel, just don't want the expense of a house here that wouldn't get much use, and i don't want the hassle of renting it out.
Has anybody got private health care and what is the cost
Would like to share other peoples experiences
