Visited uk for a month this year and on return passport control in Alicante stamped my passport forgot to show my TIE as being a permanent resident.
Is this ok or will I be subjected to the 90 days visa rules
Returning to uk in June for a month to see family and then back to Spain

Returning to uk in June for a month to see family and then back to Spain
I had my passport stamped on my return to Spain in September, like yourself I handed over my residency card. I went back to the UK late March, no problems and my passport was not stamped this time.
The stamp means nothing apart from filling up your passport pages.

The stamp is only for non residents, your'e TIE will always take precedent if you are ever questioned about "over staying" the next time you travel in or out of Spain.
I just got back from a two day visit to the UK, presented my TIE card to the policeman in the box and he just waved me through, never even looked at my passport.
It was the same going out, seems to me if you show the TIE card before the passport they're not bothered.
