Can  pay my non resident tax at the tax office in Playa Flamenca. If I can pay my non resident tax at the tax office what do I need to take. As I don't want to pay a solicitar €120 to do it for me for two people.

If you can complete yourself (guides are on this forum) then print out and take (3pages per person) to your bank and pay it then-I’ve just paid mine at Sabadell yesterday

There's no tax office in Playa Flamenca. If you are talking of the SUMA office then they collect municipal taxes and not the non resident one as it is a regional tax.

You can complete the form 210 yourself and then pay the tax at a bank. Alternatively, several companies have been recommended on here like Spanish Tax Forms Limited and others which charge €34.95 per household to complete the forms and will even pay it for you for a small extra charge.

Hi Darren

I’ve completed mine and just copied all the information across but look here for completion of modelo 210 and the links will be attached

If you just put 210 in the search box above, you will get loads of information on how to complete, where to get the information and how to download the form (which must be submitted in Spanish) with lots of English translations on how to do it.

One of those subjects that comes up many times.

The tax is payable by the end of the year so a bit of a time to go yet. If you do get fined for late payment then it is very low. Even paying a year late is only about 10 euro and if paid before the tax people tell you that you are late then no fines are paid.

Fines are levied between 1 and 12 percent for being a year late.

Thanks for that marcliff. Just annoying that I have asked for a receipt for payment for my records twice but with no reply. Hopefully it will get paid in the next 2 week
