Calle Chile is a bit "middle of nowhere" in my opinion.
I suggest you get a taxi to La Zenia Boulevard, which shouldn't be too costly. If you ask the staff at your local bar, I've no doubt they could call one for you.

Use Mercadona app and have groceries delivered.You can order everything in English.If not,Mercadona at La Fuente is not too far from you and get a taxi back.
