Hi hope everyone is well

My wife and l have a bank account with Sabadell which we have had for 10 years.

It is a joint account we don’t live in Spain but use the account for money transfers,Suma 

etc.My wife had a letter posted to UK from Spain asking for mandatory documentation.

We are both retired and my wife gets a pension .l need not receive this request and waited

a month to see if this was a standard letter sent to all foreign customers.

My question is as anyone else had a similar letter ?

We have been looking in various areas to buy a property to eventually retire too. We will use it as a holiday home for now. My question is. Albir or Altea we need to be near amenities but don’t mind being up to 30 minutes walk to the beach area. we will have visiting family with teenagers.
Any advice is appreciated.

Is there a bridge club in Albir. They used to play at the Kaktus Hotel. Any details would be welcome.

The mechanism of the handle of door of my window shutter is broken inside and I am unable to opèn the shutters. Can you repair it?

I have just recently returned home from a week's holiday in Albir. I stayed
in the Albir Playa Hotel and Spar.



On my last day 17th October, I went for a walk down the side of the river
bed that goes toward the sea. Just after a pharmacy I stopped for a rest and
sat on a bench. A few moments later a girl walked up the road, stopped and
started looking through some wire netting that looked into what I think was
a car park.
She turned round and said something but I told her I didn't understand. She
then sat on the bench next to me and said she wanted to have sex. I said no
and got up to walk away. The girl then grabbed my arm, and ripped my watch
from it.  She then run away turning into the first street on the left. I'm
71-Year-old and have lung problems, so I couldn't run after her. The girl I
would say was between 20 and 30 year old but it all happened so fast I
didn't take much notice of her.

The watch was a valuable gold antique Omega worth around £6,000,00 pounds.

This is a family heirloom and a reward is offered for recovery of the watch.

Hi. Does any one know of a good cleaning company. I will not mention the company I have been using but they have started to cut corners when it comes to there cleaning service. Its for an apartment in Albir 4 bedroom 2 bathrooms and and 2 out side balcons. I was recommended Vevara cleaning services but would like to know of a few more.
