Hi has anyone had difficulty returning parcel to Amazon Germany via Amazon hub in Catral.   Their system does not recognize the bar code.  I’ve contacted Amazon re issue and waiting a  reply.  
strange as this is the 2nd return label they have sent me. 

I use Brio Gas Petrol Station, Catral never had a problem before.

We live in UK and visit Catral 6/8 times a year but we need someone who is local and could visit the property in urgent situations or planned situations for one-off planned trades people visits
