I own a new build property in Villa Martin. I use a local letting agent currently. I live in the UK. I am looking for a new letting agent. I need a reliable, customer focused to the owner, to provide all aspects of letting. This includes, key holding, meet and greet, cleaning and changeover service, getting new lets quickly to avoid gaps between lets, on time payments to us. Also to handle any maintenance issues promptly. Basically a full service. Recommendations gratefully received.

Hi everyone, my husband and myself have run pubs in UK and have also done pub relief. We are coming to Villamartin for a few months in Jan to see what the job situation is like. I was wondering if there is much going in the way of job opportunities for either a couple or my husband on his own as bar manager or bar staff. Many thanks

Moving to Villa martin soon what Spanish regulations apply to a car parked in the street with a car cover on it to protect it from elements, the cover will be fitted with reflective strips, would I have to fit car registration plates on the external side of car cover.
