Does anyone know how often the council come round to clear garden waste from the road

I live on Sevilla community in villamartin in what is a dead end road and it's even got a "private road " sign at the entrance to it

However I am totally cheesed off with the people in the individual villas opposite.          ( fortunas) they dump there garden waste in the road and it is never picked up and when it is the next cut is immediately dumped outside

It is dangerous as my niece walked out in the road and nearly got hit by a car

WhT can be done about it without upsetting neighbo

We want to change the irrigation system to having an outside water tap and hose fitted as the piping keeps on splitting and leaking. Does anyone know of anyone who can do this?

I am moving out to Villamartin in Oct/November and will be a FAKE BAKE Costa Blanca distributer. 

I wish to buy a 3 bed property pref house, with fire Ac, roof terrace, poss under build outdoor eating space, BBQ etc - prime location but obviously best cash price. I am in no rush for the right property.

I am new to the Villamartin forum, which I think is great, full of useful info.

Having had a number of holidays in the area, we have just purchased a holiday property in the Valencia urb in Villamartin and are loving it - great area and location.

Does anyone have a recommendation for a local reliable gardener - we are just after someone who is reasonably priced and would take on a very small job, just cutting front and back lawns (which are small) and trimming a bush/hedge.

The lawns have a watering system so it's really to just to stop them over growing when we are not here.

Any recommendations and contact info would be appreciated.
