Occupational Licence issues

Occupational license, 1st and 2nd than septic tanks issues.....  in the last few months i have spoken about those topics more than anything else.

Constant stress and pressure to figurate if the town Hall is literally making people's lives  more complicated that should be for now reason.

Apparently utilities bills can change ownership without bothering about licenses in place.

The problem will be faced later when it comes to change utilities suppliers or doing work in the property if license not granted.

I heard also that some banks have problems to give mortgage without occupational license. Is it true? what's the connection?

I'm sorry but I'm not sure what you're asking?

Yes, it would be difficult to get a mortgage on a property without a habition licence.

I am not certain but I wonder if you have been hearing about the MIT process. This is a recent initiative by Valencia to try and resolve the issue of nearly 300,000 properties in the region which for many and varied reasons may either not have a Cedula or have an inaccurate one. If your property is fully legal, compliant with building requirements ie proper septic tanks or mains drainage then there is unlikely to be an issue.
