I've been here 17yrs and always bought my flour from Iceland...now I buy Spanish flour for plain its Harina, works for Yorkshire pudding and very cheap, I would advise to put the bag of flour in the freezer for a couple of days it kills the weavles. Self raising I've googled and you need to add raising agents to the Harina..so still buy self raising at Iceland ...la Marina or Torrevieja. Hope that helps
