Any idea where we can get advice on what to do if we can’t return to our country of residence as there are no flights due to COVID-19 restrictions, & therefore exceed 90 days.

Are you saying there are no flights from anywhere in Spain to your country of residence at all? Even via another country?
How long do you have left before your 90 days have expired?

In a previous post, you allude to “returning to India”. Is that your country of residence?
As you have been here for many months, I would think the Spanish authorities would question why you have not returned home. I don’t think you should expect them to be sympathetic or understanding
As you may not be able to get a direct flight to India, I would suggest that you explore all available options, which will probably include flying indirectly, via one or more other countries. A quick look at Skyscanner shows there are flights available; just needs a little planning 🤪🥂

It is not a question of direct flights, the Indian government have banned International flights coming into India so we can’t go back.

There are no flights into India where we live at present. They have been banned by the Indian government due to COVID 19 so we can’t return there. Just need some idea where to get advice on the situation.

I would approach the Indian embassy or consulate in Spain and ask their advice.

After international flights to India stopped on 23rd March I think you would have been better flying to a country outside the Schengen area, and staying there until flights resume to India on 30th April otherwise, as suggested, the Indian Embassy might be your best bet,

I’m so sorry you are going through this. It’s not easy to ,just go, to another country that’s not in Schengen. We were the same last year, stuck from March till July, travelling with dogs too, it was a nightmare. Please let us know how you get on. Good luck with everything.
