Hi

Can anyone recommend a 'Gestor' local to Albir to help me with my paperwork I.e Registration forms, NIE forms etc, I am relocating at the beginning of next year so it would be helpful to have someone ease the stress of form filling.

Thankyou :)

Ask Maria at Albir Abogados. They are my solicitors and they might be cheaper than a Gestoria if you mention  my name - Steve from Beniarbeig.

Sorry i don't have their number but Google their website for it.

Hi I would certainly recommend these people http://albaconsultasspain.com/ English lady who has lived in Spain for 30 years and speaks fluent Spanish.  She has an office just the town side of Benidorm Palace.

Hi there.

You can get all the Forms for NIE & Residencia online and there is also an English version online as well so you know how to fill them in.

When you fill in the forms they will send you an appointment within 1 month in Benidorm. It is actually qiuite simple and since you have time why not try it.

As for the Padron you can walk into your town hall and get that quite easily.

I know its strange when you first move to spain but  i did it myself, tho it took me a while, as no one told me it was so easy. So dont waste your money before you try it yourself.

Also  with the  residencia be careful if you have assets over 100,000 euro ( in uk) as it may be subject to 40% tax by Spanish government when you become a resident.

Regards Angel

Hi and thanks for the information on residency. I have the the forms in Spanish,  I am learning Spanish,  so if the forms can be obtained in English that will be great, is there a link to obtain the forms in English?

Thank you

Best wishes

Peter
