Long Term Rental

Hi - we are a couple looking to rent long term in the general area of Alcoi ( 20 mile radius). Is anybody able to help with the names/numbers of any English speaking Estate Agents that might be worth contacting and visiting when in the area. We were told of one in Cocentaina but our contact could not remember details. We have lived in Spain for three years and we are looking for a rural/secluded setting for us, and our gundogs. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Wrypop

I'm aware of two estate agents in Alcoy who speak reasonable English:

Paulino at www.inmobiliariacanto.com

and David at davidsanchez@best-house.com

I have only made brief enquiries with them therefore can't recommend their services as such but see how you get on. I also have the details of an English speaking advisor at a bank in Alcoy if required.

Many thanks for taking the time and effort to reply. I am going to visit the area in the next couple of weeks and will certainly make contact with the names you have given me. Trying to find ideal remote and secluded rentals from afar is not easy.
