Yes, providing that you are non resident in Spain. UK Holiday home owners/tourists can still use their driving licenses in Spain.

If you meant Sandals - clothing must be appropriate and it depends what the polcie say if and when they stop you

Actually, and really, I don't drink alcohol. My friends are grateful for that as I can only get worse. 😁
