Just arrived out after 2 years and find that our fridge is not getting cold the freezer part is fine. I have checked there is no blockage in the drain hole and put water in there as well but no joy. Can anyone recommend someone to look at it for us before we throw in the towel and buy a new one

This sounds like it is the evaporator fan that is not working. If you can post images of inside your fridge and even a photo of the make and model (or better still the rating plate - silver sticker usually on the inside) then I may be able to help you resolve this yourself.

The model is a Schneider SFE2420 Fridge 187L and freezer 40L purchased 2015

If the fan is running (and you can hear it, there may be an air blockage somewhere. I would turn it off, unplug the refrigerator and leave the doors open for 24 hours to allow a complete thaw.
