Does any one know if this form for healthcare is still acceptable after dec31

SP1 ? Not sure what this is.
As things stand ...
If you have Residency (or have applied) by 31.12.20, you will benefit from S1 healthcare coverage at UK State Pension age.
If you don't have Residency (or do not have a qualifying application in) by 31.12.20, you will not benefit from S1 coverage. You will need private healthcare (and a healthy income) to gain Residency subsequently.

What do you mean by form sp1? Do you mean the S1healthcare forms from the Overseas healthcare agency?
They are to be honoured after 1st January 2021 as explained previously.

Hi Pacoboy,
If UK citizens are already legally resident in Spain or, as Kelvin has said, submit their residency application before 31 December this year, their S1 entitlement is protected by the Brexit Withdrawal Agreement, even if, like me, they have yet to reach UK State retirement age. However, for UK citizens who apply for residency in Spain (or elsewhere in the EU) from 1 January 2021, the S1 scheme ceases to be valid for them.
