Hi,
I’m trying to log into our HIDRAQUA account but when it requests USER I don’t know what it’s asking for. I’ve tried my email address & HIDRAQUA account number but neither correct.

Same as Trotter, mine is my NIE Number.
Sorry for all the questions, I’m trying to swap the HIDRAQUA direct debit so that it comes out of my Transferwise euro account, but HIDRAQUA want an IBAN with 20 numbers. My Transferwise IBAN only has 14 numbers. Any suggestions please ?

I had issues logging in, turns out my passport number was my user name.
I found it really easy to switch banks on the phone, they were quite helpful.

Were you able to set up your Direct Debit Hidraqua from your Transferwise account?
I was trying to do this yesterday without much success?
