You have been help already .puts my mind to rest knowing others have done this .did you have any doubts when you was thinking of buying.i think it's abit about the unknown but I'm sure we will be fine if it happens

Yes we did have doubts as it is another country, however me been an Independent Financial Adviser in the UK with my own business I know what I was doing.
Make sure you get a reputable solicitor who will set up all direct debits i.e water, electric, NIE (National insurance number), Suma and make sure that there is no outstanding debts on the property, also if you purchase a property, a Spanish Will needs to be put in place as an English will does not apply in Spain

Will do that.one more thing have you found any major problems with these types of property. Looking at them on Web look fine and good value for the money.we have looked at too many on Web. But always came back to montemar must be fate
Properties are good and solid, the ones on Manuel de Falle are very well looked after but you must understand that in Spain properties do not have insulation or central heating (unless someone has put it in) and you may get condensation on walls in the cold weather as in UK, but just leave windows open slightly when you are not there as this will circulate the air.
There is a committee for the Manuael de Falle urbanisation who sort things out and look after the properties to make sure everyone keeps their properties nice
hope this helps?

Hi John, You might be really lucky and find them at the 'tile graveyard' - just off the N332 (jct 777), turn inland after exiting the N332 (away from Lo Pagan) the roundabout with the aeroplane in the middle. Carry along the road, go under the bridge and turn 1st right. I managed to get mine there, they have a huge selection of tiles.
Hope this makes sense to you and you find what your looking for.
Lynn.

Hi John, no mines were different but I had tried absolutely everywhere else and was then told to try here. They have hundreds of discontinued and new tiles and not just one or two but lots of shades of each tile. I went with not much hope but was astonished at the amount of tiles there and how organised it was. It's well worth trying and i wish I was told earlier as I had wasted so many days trying everywhere else.

Hi John, just a thought, have you tried the tile yard in Quesada? Turn right just before the arches and it sits just up the road on the left hand side and also the yard in Rojales, that's at the bottom end of Quesada along by the golf golf course, end of road, turn left and maybe 100 yards down the road on the right. You could try them 1st as they're not too far from you. Hope this helps.
Lynn
Thanks again Lynn I will try these first
