What is the procedure of importing a car in Spain from UK, US or other EU country? What official website would I find all the info such as taxes, import duties, something equivalent to the HPI check in the UK?
Also, is there a place where I can check the Spanish cars' mileage, like you can see by checking the MOT mileage on DVLA website in UK?
