Hang in there Jim, there is every possibility that agreements will be reached.

Maybe,
But I've got my house on the market atthe moment,
If it was to sell soon, I'll be in a limbo land paying rent in the hope there will be a favourable result.
If I sell I won't meet the third country requirements re finances to be able to buy in Spain.

Let the doom be controlled...... chill buddy. Spain wonāt be turning its back on the Brits anytime soon, they know what side their bread is buttered on. The doom merchants have to have something to cry and whinge about, sit tight, say little, learn loads.
Nothing should change during the transition period and depending on whom you believe that might run and run.

Don't despair. If you get residency during an agreed Brexit transition period, then you should be OK.
And although I was probably the first to post details of the law saying that non-EU citizens have to prove an income of 4 x IPREM, I'm still waiting for someone who's done it to confirm if this requirement is actually needed.

A superb address from the PM elect, letās hope the country can unite behind the new āpeoples parliamentā ... thankfully the electorate saw through the impeding disaster in the form of a pathological Marxist Communist in the form of Corbyn with terrorist sympathies... even his heartland had to forsake the party they loved.
As for the LDās.... well they gave us a good laugh !
