There may not be an English version, they are Spanish hospitals. With respect would you expect the details of English hospitals to be available online in various languages?

You should either be able to install a translator add on to your web browser to see it in English or use something like DeepL and copy and paste.

I just checked the first one on Mozilla and I can opt to translate it into numerous languages via a little book that appears just to the right of the web address.

On  other  European   medical  website   there  is  a  link  for  different   languages. As  there  is  a  lot  of  English  speaking   nationality   living   in  Spain,  I  would  think  it   would   help  in  early  stages   of  a   medical  enquire

I've just clicked on the three links given.

All open up in english if you have set your device to translate.

On phone or ipad,  use chrome as browser.   Top right corner you see 3 vertical dots.  Click into that and you should see translate.  Click into that and there will be option to translate any language.

Otherwise in settings on your device you should be able to preset translations.

Good luck
