Seeking long-term rental start Sept/Oct

Hello all we are married couple from Florida arrive Sept. 12, would like to find long-term rental in Altea area 2- or 3-bed plus 1 or 2 bath, max around €750 or so/mo. Open to agents but are there any who will charge flat rate of €500 or less? Any help appreciated, thanks everybody!
