Ukrainian refugee assistance

Hi.
We know a small family (woman and 2 children) in Ukraine who would like to relocate to Spain whilst the war continues in their own country.
Does anyone have any pointers as to where they may be able to research how to get assistance in doing this - ie: web site links, refugee agencies etc. We've got some generic web sites bit there may be some that are less obvious but more helpful. For example, how to go about getting an NIE (which I assume they will need) and what they need in order to be able to rent.
Any help would be appreciated.
