SPECIALIST LAWYER - INTERPRETATION - RETIRED
Ladies and Gentlemen, Others, Within the Spanish system it is illegal to work once retired. My question for a specialist lawyer is the interpretation, if there no specific provision, of whether this applies in the case of a non Spanish citizen and or whether the rule/law applies if one is retired (as in receipt of pensions (not Spanish) state and otherwise) and working out of state but a Spanish resident. If someone could point me to a specialist legal mind who can advise me I would be most grateful, the interpretation by the courts and Spanish revenue perhaps being as important of not more so than the actual statute position if it is not clear.
