Hi all my brother plans to visit me here with his four year old grandaughter.
Could anyone tell me does he need some form of permission from the little ones parents to bring her from the UK.

If it's 'his 4 year old daughter' then isn't he one of her parents , if so I don't really understand what you mean, unless you can explain further....?
