We did not have ours, so went online at www.suma.es type in your NIE and car reg

From memory, the Suma site is picky about how you enter your reg. No.! Space or no space, uppercase or lowercase, but I can't remember which format is accepted!

I had no issues like that, literally just typed in my husbands NIE & the Car reg. If you do encounter any issues there is a chat facility, I have always found the staff on the chat facility very helpful.
