I was wondering if anyone has submitted a modelo 720 for overseas assets over 50,000 euros. as I only have one being a pension is it easy to do and has anyone else submitted their own please?

I did one when it came into force in 2012 and it was doable, although I wouldn't describe it as very easy. I've not done one since because our UK assets are now below the declaration threshold, so I don't know what changes there have been.

On a quick check one thing that hasn't changed is that you need either an electronic certificate or Cl@ve PIN to be able to do it yourself.

I got as far as a draft one with my certificate but did not submit it as I thought I would ask first and there are fines for doing it incorrectly even though the asset is divuled!

Hi Brian. Unfortunately I haven't got time to suss it out at the moment. I realise that you'll have done some Googling as well at reading what's on the Agencia Tributaria website, but have you thought of doing a Google Images search? I've found that useful for seeing examples of what various completed forms, visas etc look like.
