Hello my name is Mandy. I have moved to la nucia recently with my 15 year old daughter from England. I am going to be teaching in the AIS international school. My daughter was successfully home schooled for several years but will be coming to the school starting September. I would like to meet people with similar interests.

AIS is definitely worth a look. It is a Steiner school which follows the British curriculum. Check out the website.

There is a big  electrical shop near  Carrefour in  Benidorm  do you know where that is ? Also there is a electric shop just off the main sq in Altea. If you walk over the wooden  bridge  over the railway line it's on the left. Let me know if you need a hand I am a plumber by trade & I have my van here with my tools. Rich

Hi Lisa,

No worries don't forget to take the bolts out of the back. There is a big firework display Saturday night it starts at 12 I think. They let them off on the small  island just outside the Greenwich  Marina. It's the biggest display of the year so it should be very good.
