Hi! I am over in my motorhome with my dog, I was due to travel back on the 31st before brexit but would like to stay a bit longer after brexit. I know if I was to come back to Spain next year my dog would need the blood test 3 months before or would be quarantined but after reading the Government website it does not mention having the test for coming back after brexit. If anyone can advise please. Thank you

When you travel to Spain after 1/1/2021 from UK you are travelling without a pet passport , so these are the guidlines , it is all explained.. https://www.gov.uk/guidance/pet-travel-to-europe-from-1-january-2021
You will need to wait until after1 Jan 2021 to get the exact details......

Although it talks about EU residents and EU pet passports in reality there is no link between the two which means that there is nothing to prevent you obtaining an EU passport for fido which ought to sidestep the problem.
All perfectly logical as it's the animal were talking about not the person transporting it.
TBH though, with things so up in the air, even with that if it were me I simply wouldn't take the chance and would make sure I was back in UK before Jan 1st.
After all you are only saying that you would like to stay longer not that you need or have to.
