Sailing Boat Hire/ lessons

I am looking to hire a sailing boat for 1 day each month with skipper. I also would like to learn to sail, lesson or courses. I would like to get a licence and one day my own boat. I visit Spain for 4 or 5 day each month because of work in the UK I have property at
Venta Lanuza. El Campello so anywhere from Alicante to Altea would be good
