Not all computers are suitable for W11 and a warning is displayed. Whoever updated your device shopuld have you told. Consider switching to Linux/Ubuntu environment, it's free, stable, and safer. Find extensive literature on the internet.

Start the computer, as soon as you see something on the screen tap the F8 key, this should start your computer in safe mode,(some computers it F4).
Once started in safe mode search for restore pc, you should be able to take it back to pre win 11 environment.

If it is just an update of Windows 11, go into updates (settings) and uninstall the latest update or two.
