Jet2 refunds?

34 days ago Jet2 sent me an email saying they would refund my cancelled flight within 28 days. I haven't had the refund.

(The flight was due 9th June, cancelled by them)

The email options just send out generic messages and the phone lines don't seem to have an option to enquire about cancellations or refunds. (Surprise surprise)

Can anyone offer advice on the best way to go about this? Any help appreciated,

Are you still using the same credit/debit card that you used to pay for your flights?

They will probably be crediting the card with the refund, if you no longer use the same card than that will cause further delays

Thanks Steve, yes the card is still active. Guess I just have to wait. I considered asking Natwest to do a charge back but I think there's a fee.
