Hi We are coming to Benidorm in the new year. We usually go to Goa but due to COVID coming to Spain, we have an amount of rupees from India is it possible in Spain to change to euros.

You'd have to go to one of the usual banks to get those exchanged and dear only knows the exchange rate. You might get a better rate at home or best still hold on to them for the future.
