Any worktop companies which don’t charge the earth .
I have a friend near moriora who is after a few white granite/marble or similar for her new kitchen , the prices coming back are a lot more than in Britain which are imported from Spain or the Eu . I’m asking on her behalf as she does not do forums.

it seems strange to be twice the price as Britain 🤔

Granite and Marble are expensive. You may find something secondhand that is exactly what they are after. Prices are different in different countries, you could same the same about BP fuel why is cheaper in Spain and other countries when the rigs are in the north sea, its one of those unanswered questions

Second hand is a no really, very rarely sinks or hobs etc are in the same place .
Just seems odd that southern England prices for Spanish marble would be cheaper than spain 🤷♂️
Maybe that’s how it is ,, just seems odd, I thought maybe it’s a kind of English tax on top of normal prices😂

Check that you are not confusing the price in euros with that of sterling. Also what it includes? Templating, cut outs for jobs, sinks, upstands? Sealing of surfaces? How many metres edge polishing? Integrated sinks?
Material prices vary hugely depending on rarity, quality, origin, colour. For an accurate comparison you would need to compare exactly the same specifications.

Try Brico Depot https://www.bricodepot.es/ - the bloke who did our kitchen regularly gets worktops there - they are B&Q in disguise (ie Kingfisher group).
I can't comment on relative pricing though.
