I need help from the ladies!

Hi Ladies
I recently moved to the Finestrat/Benidorm/Altea/La Nucia area and am desperately looking for an English skin clinic. In particular a clinic that has the Soprano Ice laser hair removal and the Alma skin tightening machine. I had these treatments in the Uk and they were brilliant. I tried a Spanish clinic and couldn't communicate what I was looking for (as my Spanish is still non existent). Does anyone know of a clinic that has someone who speaks English for these kinds of treatments?
