hi hope u.can help me someone said all bars and disco have shut again im coming to stay at calypso on 18/9/20 and not sure whats happening its always changing is out door marketing open yet is it busy can u give some advice thanks

Hi,
Sorry to say that it's almost true what you have been told. Night clubs are all temporally closed. All bars that don't serve food are closed. All bars and restaurants are to close up by 1am with last entry by 12 midnight.
Smoking banned in public places (even in the street) unless 2 metres distancing is guaranteed and big fines in place.
Outdoor market closed until further notice.
The club area is like a ghost town, day and night. No live entertainment allowed for the time being.
The old town is busy more than the new town just now.
Good news is there is plenty of room for everyone on the beaches and its hot and sunny!!

They are also talking about returning to phase 2 if the infection rate continues on its current trajectory. August 27th is said to be the announcement date for this
