I run a small mobile  Coffee  business ( Tuc Tuc piaggio) back in England and was wondering what would be the procedure to find a pitch on the street  to trade from  preferably in Benidorm or somewhere near by 

Thought about talking to the local council but there are may be other alternatives I can use. 

Any help would be much appreciated, I'm gonna try to post a picture of the Coffee Cup Trailer to give you a better idea about the Business, and for the administrators am not promoting my business yet but I will hopefully register it with you in case I find a trading spot somewhere

If you want to live in Benidorm permanently you will need to initially apply for residency at the Spanish embassy while you are still living in the UK. You will need to prove that you have full healthcare paid for a full year and meet the income requirements. ...

Forget about "up and running", you will have to wait for months and months until you have all the necessary permits granted..

As for a budget - you would have to sell how many cups and patisserie to pay the government, rent, utilities, food, storage for the bike, etc.. each month?
