If you are looking for keyholders / cleaners be very careful and get a properly registered legal company like one of the ones advertising down the right hand side of the Forum Homepage, going for a cash in hand illegal person could land you in a sea of trouble as these unscrupulous crooks have been even known to rent out a property without the owners knowledge and pocket the cash or to strip a property of everything from televisions to the kitchen sink.
