Hello Engjell
Unemployment was quite high in Spain before the Covid pandemic but since 2020 it has not improved much. There are a lot of unemployed Spanish people looking for work and usually they will get hired before someone from overseas. As you probably know that's just the way it works nearly everywhere.
For official work you might have a Residency problem as I don't think Albania is in the EU. They have applied though! This means technically you are restricted to 90 days before registration is required with the Policia National. So just be aware...
If you want to stay regardless, your best bet for work would be to find a bar where other Albanians go to. Most likely the work will be without contract but at least you might find some work. The bars and restaurants will mostly be quiet until March/April when they will start hiring again for the summer season. For work there just go door to door and tell them you're available and prepared to work if they call. You could also call at builders yards, especially if you speak some Spanish.
It's difficult and challenging, but everyone deserves a chance and I wish you good luck for the future.

Albania is not (yet) part of the EU so you will be restricted to the 90 day visitor period, longer stay than that will make you an illegal immigrant. You will need to apply for a visa to move permanently to Spain.
It's very unlikely that you will be offered any type of work without being a legal resident.
There are thousands of Spanish people here in Benidorm who are desperately looking for work and are likely to be offered any positions that become available.
Best of luck in your quest.
