If you are from UK with a UK passport you will require a work visa to come to Spain to do that. These are very difficult to get as you need a firm job offer with a contract verified by the Spanish exterior ministry to get one. The future employer has to state the job was offered to a EU citizen but none were available. This visa must be applied for from your home country via a Spanish consulate.
Holding a EU passport (including Irish) is very much easier as you can move to Spain, sign on the EU citizens register and then look for work A work visa is not required.
The other thing to check would be if your qualifications are recognised in Spain. Whilst EU certification is recognised, those from 3rd countries are generally not and a further period of training to transfer the certificates may be necessary. There are several online sites such as glassdoor and Joobie which lists such vacancies and may be worth checking out to see what they require and what could be available.
Good luck on your search but please be aware of the hurdles a UK citizen has to go through first.
