Please be kind and give the poster the benefit of doubt. It is his/her first post and maybe he/she is finding it difficult to post, maybe posted before finishing the sentence or maybe English is a foreign language to him/her.

You started your post with "please", it's not difficult to add that one word ( in most languages) to any request posted on here regardless of experience or nationality.... good manners cost nothing & probably get you a better response.
