Probably not lost, but stolen. About 90% of missing items, wallets, watches and phones, on this forum are "lost" in Benidorm. Keep such items as phones and wallets in your front pocket, leave your watch at home.

It will have been stolen out of your back pocket by a pickpocket. They make a good living out of people's "Back pockets".

Your phone will have its sim card removed within seconds and passed on to someone  to factory reset and shipped out of Benidorm along with all the other "lost phones" we read about each week!

Break that "trendy" habit of keeping expensive phones and full wallets in back pockets.

Or it could have simply fallen out of your pocket and someone might have found it and handed in to a police station, it does happen!
