I'm in the uk at the moment but will come over to met you (it is furnished )when would you like to start renting and for how long? As we have tenants who wil be leaving second week of march if you wanted it after this time I would sort everything out for you and show you around all the best gerry

Hi Gerry, I have just spotted your villa for long term rental. I am currently in Christchurch, England and looking to arrive in Spain in March. I have a wedding to photograph at the end of Feb so cannot re-locate prior to then. As you will gather I am a photographer and looking to re-locate to Spain long term. Can you get back to me if your villa is still available. I am over 70yrs old so will respect your property. Regards Ron

Hi Gerry, March if fine for me as I have a wedding to shoot on the 25th February and need at least a week after that for editing etc. So a time in the middle of March after your current tenants have left would be ideal. I would be looking for a rental agreement of 6 months minimum or longer if you are happy to rent for 12 months plus. I can pay the monthly rent in Spain or the UK whichever you prefer. Obviously I would transfer the services into my name and pay them as normal through a Spanish bank account unless you prefer to keep them in your name and me then pay you. My long term goal is to re-locate my business to Spain as I also run workshops teaching other photographers. I can fly into Spain at fairly short notice to view the villa and sign any paperwork, unless you are happy to sign the agreements here in the UK, then I would just fly in for a couple of days to view. Hi Ron Ive sent an email to our letting agent as soon as I hear back from her I'll let you know the villa is fully furnished with a newly installed kitchen you'd just need bedding and towels. cutlery cups pans kettle are all there it sits in its own 2000 square metre plot overlooking the pantano (lake) at the foot of two mountain ranges nice and quiet
