Hi looking for at least 12 months rental in Benidorm, from beg March 2017 2 beds, com pool, I am a retired lady looking for a holiday base in Benidorm for at least 12 months, I would pay 6 months upfront followed by the next 6 months, also holding money for water and electricity, as I don't not have a Spanish Bank account and dont really want one, also possibility of Internet. I would not spend 12 months continuous there, but just to come as and when I please, either with my husband or my sister and peraphs once with my daughter, I have just done12 months likewise in Murcia but walking distances to facilities was not so good for me, I can get references from previous key holder of the property, also references from Spanish friends. We are not party people and prefer eating out with glass of wine, then on balcony to read or watch world go by,,thanks for reading Valina
