Property wanted to rent: Studio or one bedroom flat.

I am currently living in Newmarket, UK. I am a painter & decorator, & have been for 33 years, however, I am giving serious thought to moving to Benidorm to persue alternative kinds of employment. I undertook a City & Guilds 706/1 catering course in 1977 when I was 16 and have always wanted to work in the catering industry, though since the age of 27, I have been a City & Guilds painter, therfore never got to follow my catering passion. I have also run my own pub in the county of Suffolk and been a bar/restaurant manager in the city of Sihanoukville, Cambodia, form 2014 to 2015. I also love to sing, and since the coming of the karaoke I have on many occasion sung at them, though not on purpose, only if they are on when I'm in that particular venue. So, I am potentially looking for a venue where I can potentially do all three together. A bit of kitchen work (though not as a head chef), some bar work, whether as a bartender or manager, and also a karaoke compare. I don't know if such a place exists in Benidorm, though a number of different venues is obviously also an option. I also, at this point in time, have not yet really looked into any accommodation in the area, so would be more than happy and willing to work some hours p.w/p.m as payment for a room or a studio apartment. If someone reads this and knows of any information to some, or all of what I'm looking for, I would appreciate any information and help, that they can give. I've also been a teacher in Bangkok on 4 occasions, and though I have taught ages from 7 years old to 22 years old, I have found the younger ones 7, 8 & 9 years old, the most enjoyable and easiest to teach. They have provided me the chance to be silly at times and to allow myself to keep that child in me. I am quite intelligent & really quite knowledgeable and can be quite serious, but I have a wide sense of humour, love to laugh, and especially love to make others laugh. I'm very young at heart. and people have often told me that I don't look my 60 years of age. I'm very easy to get on with and very respectful of others. I have ethics and morals and at times, loyal to a fault. I grew up in the 60s and 70s with a loving mother and father, as well as two older sisters that taught my and helped me to become the man I am today. So, please feel free to give me any information that may help me with my move to Benidorm, hopefully by early to mid-December. P.s. I will be bringing with me all of my painting & decorating equipment, so would need accommodation that could also accommodate a set of step ladders, a hop-up, a dozen or so dust sheets, paint skuttles, a Brushmate (a box to keep my oil brushes from drying out), roller poles (large & small), rollers, and a few other smaller bits and pieces such as scrapers, filling knives,screwdrivers, etc etc. A small shed would suffice or maybe a large cupboard. I never liked the name Ricardo (though it would be somewhat fitting if I'm living in Spain-lol). My mother & father both passed away in 2005, 6 months apart. I thought long and hard about changing my name, though was fully away that I would be offending my mum'n'dads memory. In 2013 I had a Eureka moment, after a lot of though as to what I might change my name to. My mothers maiden name was Harvey and though everyone called my dad Jack, his name was in fact, John. So my first name became Harvey and I am Johns son, that why my sirname has double s in it. I grew up being called Rik for 52 years and it's just what I'm used to. I prefer Rik, but Harvey is fine.
